Knowing Bacarrat's Banque

Unlike in Chemin de Fer where the banker's holding the position solely relies in winning each game while in Bacarrat Banque the banker holds a somewhat permanent. He only relinquished the position for two reasons; he goes bankrupt position or voluntarily retires from the game. In Baccarat Banque the banker's position is somewhat permanent in nature. The banker clings to his position until all the three decks of cards are dealt.

Initially, the bank is on auction and the player who places the highest stake wins the position. In some cases, the player who list his name first on the player's list grabs the position and can set up an initial bank amount he wishes to. Game proper starts with the banker seated at the middle of the table, facing the croupier at the other end with the basket between them. Other persons who desire to participate in the game take their position around the table standing.

Shuffled cards will then be distributed by the croupier to players left and right of him. The banker shuffles last and let a player cuts it. Three cards are dealt and each punter and the banker received a card. Chemin de Fer rules is also applied in cards turning-up 8 or 9 situations, accepting and refusing cards procedure and other as the game warrants. Players hand rotation is also observed in this variation.

Any player is eligible to "go bank' provided the players rotation is followed allowing the player seated next to the croupier is allowed first. If two players desire to "go bank" then the bank stake is split between the two. A current banker who loses the game may still banks up to a maximum of three games. He may play just a single game and retires afterwards provided he declares the current money in the bank. He then is eligible to holds a banker position if he can come equal the amount currently in the bank.

Banker is not responsible to give payout to punters bet that exceeds the total amount in the bank. In the event a bank loses the croupier starting form the player seated left next to him will get their payout. If the funds or money in the bank is insufficient to cover all the punters stakes then the unlucky bets will not be covered. Mode of payment depends solely on the availability of current fund in the bank.An understanding is reached that winning punters will be paid until the fund is exhausted and no more claims will then be allowed. The bank must pay all the acknowledge stakes to starts a new game if the bank wants to hold the position again.
